The "System Matter ID (imwSystemMatterId)" cannot be acquired during the action process of the IM-Workflow application node or in the post-process of IM-FormaDesigner or IM-BIS.

This is because there is no matter yet and the system matter ID does not exist when action process and post-process are executed at the time of application.

Please acquire it at the timing of the arrival process of the next node.
