This phenomenon might be caused by Web Server or browser timeout.
If it occurs due to Web Server or browser timeout, the tenant environment setup will continue on the server side.
After a while, when you access the "Tenant environment setup" screen again, if the following message is displayed, the tenant environment setup has been successfully completed.
"Tenant environment is already latest version. There are no required module to install.”
