The following settings are required to use IPv4 on an IPv4/IPv6 "dual stack".

Please set "-Djava.net.preferIPv4Stack=true" in jvm_args of <%RESIN_HOME%>/conf/resin.properties.
You need to restart Resin after changing the settings.

Please note that if the above settings are set to IPv4, communication with OS devices that only support IPv6 will not be possible.
