What should I do when an error occurs in intra-mart e Builder?
If an error occurs in intra-mart e Builder, one of the causes might be a damaged workspace.
Please check if the error is resolved by the following methods.
1. Start eBuilder with clean option.
It is an option to start intra-mart e Builder after clearing the cache of it.
At the command prompt, please run the following command from the eBuilder installation directory and check if the phenomenon is resolved.
eBuilder8.exe -clean
2. If method 1 does not solve the problem, please recreate the workspace using the following method.
The procedure for recreating the workspace is as follows.
(1) Stop intra-mart e Builder.
(2) Rename an existing workspace folder.
The default workspace directory is <%eBuilder8 installation directory%>/workspace.
Change the workspace name to an alias such as workspace_bak.
(3) Start intra-mart e Builder.
<%eBuilder8 installation directory%>/workspace folder is created as a new workspace.
There are no projects there.
(4) Import an existing project.
Do this only if you want to import an existing project.
a. Right-click on Project Explorer and select "Import".
b. Select "General" - "Existing projects into workspace" and click "Next".
c. Select the directory renamed in (2) above in the "Select root directory" field.
d. Select "Copy projects to workspace" in the "Option" field, select the appropriate project in the "Project" field, and click "Finish".
The selected project is imported.
