[Browsers we have confirmed this phenomenon]
・Microsoft Edge 114.0.1823.51
・Microsoft Edge 114.0.1823.43
・Microsoft Edge 114.0.1823.41
・Microsoft Edge 114.0.1823.37
We have not observed the phenomenon for Chrome 114.0.5735.134 (Chromium 114.0.5735.134).
However, we have received reports of a similar phenomenon in Google Chrome, so we believe it may occur.
It may also occur outside of this version.
According to our investigation, this may not be caused by the intra-mart Accel products, but rather by a bug in the Chromium browser.
https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=1447230
It seems that Edge(Stable 114 series version) cannot scroll when the following conditions are met in the HTML configuration.
・When multiple scrolls (more than one) are performed
・When the scrolling target element has a background color (background, background-color)
This seems to be caused by a bug in the browser Chromium, which may be improved by future browser updates.
Please wait for the Chromium (Microsoft Edge, Chrome) fix and update.
