By using the "Workflow Parameter" function of IM-Workflow, it is possible to hide them on a tenant basis.

〇 Batch process
By setting the workflow parameter "lump-processing" to "false", it is possible to disable (hide) the batch process function in "Matter List" > "Unprocessed".

〇 Batch confirmation
By setting the workflow parameter "lump-confirm" to "false", it is possible to disable (hide) the batch confirmation function of "Matter List" > "Unconfirmed (completed matter)" and "Matter List" > "Reference (uncompleted matter)".

Workflow parameters can be set by the following procedure.
Also, this operation can only be performed by a workflow system administrator.

(1) Click "Site Map"-> "Workflow" ->"Workflow Administrator" -> "Workflow Parameter".
(2) Change the value of the item you want to change.
(3) Click "Edit". Then, click "OK" when the confirmation dialog appears.
