Summary Notification is a function that provides a batch notification of the daily schedules and events registered in the user's calendar.

Each user can set the timing of notification to either the day before or the day of the schedule.
In addition, notifications can be set in 15-minute increments at a time that is convenient for users.

The job to perform the notification process at the time set above is the "Schedule Summary Delivery" job.
The job trigger must be set to "0, 15, 30, 45 minutes every hour" to match the notification time setting interval.

The notification includes a list of schedules and events for one day (0:00 to 23:59).

By editing the email template above, you can change the content sent by email.

When editing, do not directly edit the files in the above directory. In the "settings file" tab of IM-Juggling, output the following file onto the Juggling project tree and then edit it. Then recreate the WAR.

The conditions for receiving summary notifications are as follows:

　(1) The trigger for the "Schedule summary delivery" jobnet is set.

　(2) The following items must be checked (receive notifications) on the utility menu "Personal Settings" - "Message Notifications" screen.

　　　"Collaboration" tab-"Schedule"-"When came the time that set in the schedule summary"

　　　The available delivery media will vary depending on the module configuration of your environment.

　(3) (If the delivery destination is email) The "receiving email address" of "Summary notification settings" must be set on the "Collaboration" - "Personal settings" - "General" screen.

　　 "Email address 1", "Email address 2", and "Mobile email address" are the email addresses set in the user profile of the IM Common Master.
　　 You can set any e-mail address of your choice in the "User specified mail address".
