[Occurrence conditions]
It occurs in 2023 Autumn (Hollyhock) and 2024 Spring (Iris).

[Cause]
Because an exception occurs in the flow.xml cache deletion process performed in the rollback process, and subsequent unlocking is not performed.

[Workaround]
It is necessary to prevent SQL exceptions from occurring in the action process.
If this issue occurs again, you will need to login as a system administrator and delete any applications with the same lock ID as the system matter ID from the menu "System Administrator" -> "Application Lock List."

[Handling method]
Due to a defect of the product implementation, it will be fixed in "2024 Autumn".
We also plan to provide patches for "2023 Autumn" and "2024 Spring".
