[Occurrence condition]
This occurs when all of the following conditions are satisfied:  
・Application approval process of IM-Workflow  (reached processing, etc.) is set to asynchronous.
・Server in use are one from the following 
　　[Windows Server 2008/Windows Server 2008 R2/Windows Server 2012/Windows Server 2012 R2]
・Operate in a distributed environment
[Cause]
　This is the communication specification for SMB 2.0, the protocol of Windows Server described above.
[Workaround]
　Please implement the following workaround provided by Microsoft.

　　SMB 2.0 communication from Windows client might fail to access files created in shared folders
