This occurs when CSV file is created with UTF-8 encoding, and BOM (Byte Order Mark) is added to CSV file and saves .

Please use the format which BOM is not added when importing file with UTF-8 encoding.
When the format added BOM is used, normal import is not executed.
We have confirmed that BOD is added, when UTF-8 encoding file is saved with “Notepad”.
The cause of BOD addition depends on the editor type so please be careful with the setting of the editor you are using.
