Windows products have life cycle. The end date of each version of Windows 10 is announced.

We recommend you to update to the latest Windows 10 according to our product policy.
The latest update versions of our products are to be compatible with the latest version of Windows 10.
■ Versions of Windows 10 with which the update versions of our products of one or more generations before are compatible
If not the latest update version, support services are available for one year from the release date of the update version.

・ The latest version: 2018 Spring
・ Versions of one or more generations before: Update versions of 2017 Winter and older
For 2017 Winter, support services are available till 12/01/2018, which is one year after the release date.
You can still use the product even after one year passed, but with the conditional support.

Example: Premises
・ The operation verification client used when our product 2018 Spring was released was Windows10 Ver.1709.
・ Windows10 Ver.1803 has been provided since 05/01/2018.
Case
・ Some user uses Windows10 Ver.1803 as the client of our product 2018 Spring.
We would provide a correction patch when an operation failure is confirmed with this combination of use (if the correction patch seems to be providable).
Please note that the patch would be only available for one year from the 2018 Spring release (no longer providable after 04/01/2019).
