[Symptom]
In the Windows environment, Casandra service using commons-daemon 1.0.15 is executing, however, progress bar stops halfway even though the stop process of Cassandra service is executed from the service list. After that, an alert with an error message is displayed and the service cannot be stopped normally.
A bug about failing service stop on commons-daemon 1.0.15 is reported and because of that, the event in which Windows service using commons-daemon cannot be stopped is confirmed.
We have confirmed that the service can be stopped normally by using commons-daemon 1.0.14, so if the customer uses commons-daemon 1.0.15, please implement downgrade to commons-daemon 1.0.14 in the following procedure.

1. Acquire and develop commons-daemon 1.0.14
2. Replace prunsrv.exe
3. Confirm behavior
1. Acquire and develop commons-daemon 1.0.14
Please acquire a binary file for Windows of commons-daemon 1.0.14 from the URL below.

Please develop the acquired zip file.
2. Replace prunsrv.exe
Please acquire prunsrv.exe from the deployed zip file.
*Execution file for prunsrv.exe is different by CPU of the operating server.
・For 32bitCPU, use prunsrv.exe of directly below the deployed folder
・For CPU of ia64, use prunsrv.exe in ia64 folder
・For CPU of amd64, use prunsrv.exe in amd64 folder
Please replace prunsrv.exe in bin\daemon folder subordinate of Cassandra install folder subordinate with the acquired zip file above.
In this case, there is no problem if the starting Cassandra service does not stop.
3. Confirm behavior
Please confirm that Casandra service in the service list can stop and start normally with the status of Application Server which is operating intra-mart Accel
Platform is stopped.
The downgrading of commons-daemon is now completed.
