Heap memory can be monitored using resin-admin, but is there a function to notify according to memory usage?

The function of resin makes this possible by writing such as the following example in health.xml.
Set according to your environment.

●Setting example: This example is a notification in SMTPS.

Send emails about the monitoring status of Tenured heap and PermGen heap.
This is notified when free space falls below 1MB in default setting.
