It is technically possible to use integrated Windows authentication by multiple tenants.
However, it is treated as a limitation in the product release notes due to the following cautionary points.

A user who is an authentication target by integrated Windows authentication is a user of a domain in which the OS participates.
Authentication of all tenants running on the same OS will be authenticated by this domain user.
If the same account exists in each tenant and the user who uses this account is a different person, unauthorized access might occur.

After understanding this point, please fully think of the considerations related to construction of an environment which uses the same domain (AD) for multiple tenants.
