When a WAR file is deployed to one Resin, the rest of Resins are also deployed with it automatically in case of the Resin cluster configuration. Is there any case where Resin gets restarted?

When the WAR file is deployed to one Resin, the rest of Resins are also deployed with it automatically but the Resin does not get restarted.
When deploying, however, the application cannot be used. Please be careful to execute it during the operation, etc.
