How to set new password

 

1. Click on "Forgot your password" link from the bottom of login section of this site.
2. "New password setting" display appears.
Please enter your email address which matches the below format:
"Customer ID" + "@intra-mart.support" (example: 20000000000@intra-mart.support)
3. Click "Submit" button to receive password reset email.
4. A password reset email is sent to the registered email address of the "contact person" for the above customer ID.
*Email address might not be registered if you don't receive password reset email. Please contact the contracting person or sales representative of a dealer.
5. Please reset your password following the procedure described in the email you received.
