It can be invalidated at following setting file.

Password reminder can be invalidated from tenant manager screen by 2013 Winter but valid/invalid can be set in setting file due to virtual tenant coping from 2014 Spring. 
It cannot be invalidated with specifying tenant because tenant cannot be solved without login in 2014 Spring or later. 
Therefore, valid/invalid setting of password reminder will be done as the whole of system, not tenant.
