Matter complete processing, arrival processing, and email send processing operate in synchronization with approve processing when “sync/async control (arrive-process-async)” of the system settings is set as “sync (false).”

The error occurs because the locale information cannot be acquired from the session information in arrival processing due to a user logging out before approve processing is done, under the conditions with this setting made. 

Please be careful not to log out until the process is completed when you use “sync/async control (arrive-process-async)” as “sync (false).”
