It occurs because the Cookie storing session information conflicts with intra-mart AccelPlatform and intra-mart WebPlatform.
It might occur when operating intra-mart AccelPlatform and intra-mart WebPlatform in the same domain.

Change the "Session information Cookie setting name" of intra-mart AccelPlatform as follows.

Change the category [im_session] and parameter key [cookie_name] of WEB-INF/conf/certification-config/im_session.xml.
