Using NFS (Network File System) v2, v3 as file system for Storage.
Version is Accel Platform 2014 Spring (Granada) or later.
[Cause]
File system is not corresponding to the file lock.
[Handling method]
At startup, check process to check virtual tenant correspondence is executed successfully on 2014 Spring or later and file lock is executed in this process.
Please start nfslock.
