The message is output when the connection source service which outputs this message calls the connection destination service where it is output but cannot be connected each other.
The causes, isolation methods, and handling methods are described below.
1. When a connection destination service is stopped
[Isolation method]
Check a log file of the connection destination service and whether or not output messages (“This application scope stops.” of log/platform/system.log, etc.) is output.
Moreover, refer to the following webpage and check whether or not Java process exists.
https://product.intra-mart.support/hc/ja/articles/360018994053 (Japanese)
[Handling method]
Start the connection destination service.
2. When a connection destination service cannot response
[Isolation method]
Check the CPU usage rate of the OS where the connection destination service operates and whether or not the memory usage rate is not increased.
[Handling method]
Restart the connection destination service if the event is not solved after a while.
3. Network failure between the connection destination service and connection source service occurs and cannot connect each other.
[Isolation method]
Check below.
・Aren’t errors, etc. output to a network log on the usage environment?
・Can it communicate from the machine where the connection destination service has been installed with a ping command, etc. of the OS to the machine where the connection destination service?
・Check the log/manager/manager.log under the ServerManager install directory. When the connection destination service is output as “Remove service” at the time before and after the event occurrence, it might be unable to connect due to a problem on the connection destination service side.
[Handling method]
Review the network settings of the usage environment and fix it so that communication can be performed normally.
