Contents:
The import function of the portal is to set an import date on the registration date of each table. 
However, in the important notice portlet, registration contents are sorted by registration date, so the order of data display is changed before and after import.

Countermeasure:
It is possible to avoid setting process of import date by registering a setting file.
Place the attached file in the following path and restart WebPlatform/AppFramework.
(An application server other than Resin needs to be redeployed).
