Error details: “The directory in temporary space was not found.”

This error occurs when the directory of temporary space of login user (operator) in IM-Workflow. 
It will be cleared if temporary space of login user (operator) exists in the timing of opening processing screen in IM-Workflow. 
Therefore, the temporary space of processing screen which user opens first is cleared and later one will be valid if the same user opens processing screen at the same time. 
The appropriate error occurs and it failed to process because the temporary space is cleared when user starts processing at the device which opens processing screen first. 
Please confirm whether the process is executed with the same user at the same time or not when the event occurs.
