[Occurrence condition]
The download of the imm file fails with an error like the following:

[Cause]
It's a bug. Fixed in Requirements [21104] in 2015 Winter (Lydia).

[Workaround]
Please update to 2015 Winter (Lydia) or use the maven of 3.1.0 version.
