[Symptom]
The message “Error occurred. Please refer to the log file <the directory of %juggling%>/configuration/xxxxxxxx.log”” is displayed when IM-Juggling is started.

[Occurrence Condition]
It might be occurred in the environment which Java 11 or later is installed.

It occurs because the version of IM-Juggling is old.

Please make IM-Juggling latest status with below method. 

In the case of online
Please carry out the automatic update of IM-Juggling with the method below.

･Set a path which is Java 8 or earlier to the environmental variable and start IM-Juggling. 
･The message to carry out the automatic update for being latest status is displayed after start. 
･Update IM-Juggling to the latest version according to the displayed message. 

In the case of offline

The automatic update of IM-Juggling can be executed only in the status which can connect to the internet. 
Please download the latest version from product file download in the environment that has internet connection if your environment does not have internet connection.
