[Occurrence condition]
The event has been confirmed when it meets the following three conditions. 

1. Using Internet Information Services (IIS)

2. Using imuiVideo tag
  (The video where the event has been confirmed)
  - mp4
  - mov

3. The client environment is one of the following
  (The client where the event has been confirmed)
  - macOS version Safari
  - iOS version Safari  
  - Internet Explorer (IE) 11
  - Microsoft Edge

*The event might occur depending on the video type and environment, even for clients other than those listed above.

"macOS version Safari" is no longer supported on intra-mart Accel Platform Winter 2017 and later.

[Cause]
The correct video information is not sent to the server due to the Application Request Routing (ARR) cache.

[Handling method]
Uncheck Enable disk cache in the Cache Setting column of Application Request Routing (ARR) to disable the caching feature.

This event has been fixed in 2019 Winter.
[24021] The imuiVideo tag may cause an infinite loop in the video content transfer process.
