If the above-mentioned measure cannot be carried out, you may work around this problem by taking the following measure by yourself.
The measure is provided by Adobe Inc. for Adobe Flash Player itself. We cannot answer inquiries regarding the following. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
■ Construct an environment after taking the conditions below into consideration.
・ Adobe Flash Player is available with Internet Explorer (IE) in a BaseModule, WebPlatform (versions from 5.0 to 7.2) environment.
・ Adobe Flash Player is available with Internet Explorer (IE) or Chrome in an Accel Platform environment.
・ Adobe Flash Player will not be deleted by Windows Update.
Information was reported that Adobe Flash Player was deleted by Microsoft Update catalog, Windows Update, WSUS. See the webpage below for more detail.
Reference: https://blogs.windows.com/msedgedev/2020/09/04/update-adobe-flash-end-support/
・ It is desirable that you start a client only at usage as a security risk might occur.
In addition, setting limitation on network for a user not to connect to servers other than a connection destination server is also effective.
Construct an environment in which Adobe Flash Player is available with each browser after your own research.
We do not recommend you to carry out these separate measures above. It is preferred that you update product version or update a product to the latest Accel series.

■ Adobe Flash Player should operate by whitelisting it to prevent execution blocking (step 1 and 2 are required).
1. Obtain the Adobe Flash Player installer within 2020 before Adobe Flash Player becomes unavailable.
Setup Adobe Flash Player you obtained in the above-mentioned environment.
2. Carry out the following workaround after subscribing to Adobe’s support service for corporation.
・ Enable features for enterprise of Adobe Flash Player and make a whitelist of Adobe Flash Player-enabled websites specifiable in the scope of responsibility of your environment.
・ Describe the whitelist described above in a setting file (mms.cfg) of Adobe Flash Player.
We do not support the case described above. See the document published by Adobe below.
