[Phenomenon]
Even though you have not changed any settings, the data reference screen may not be displayed properly. The following phenomena occur.
- The screen keeps reloading
- The 500 error screen is displayed.

[Occurrence condition]
- intra-mart Accel Platform 2024 Autumn is used
- Multiple users are displaying the data reference screen at the same time.

[Cause]
The following measure may result in multiple users operating the same query definition information expanded in memory, which may cause inconsistencies in the query definition information.
If an inconsistency occurs in the query definition information, the corresponding data reference screen may not be displayed correctly.

- Uses cache when retrieving data view definitions and query definitions.

[Handling method]
It has been fixed in intra-mart Accel Platform 2025 Spring so that the cache of query definition information does not become inconsistent even if multiple users display the data reference screen at the same time, and a fix patch has been released.
The issue can be resolved by updating to "2025 Spring" or by applying the patch for "2024 Autumn".
