[Phenomenon]
It may be slow to display the data reference screen of the ViewCreator in some cases.
The specific cases are as follows:

- When you click the link of any data reference name in Sitemap > ViewCreator > data reference list
　*Includes smartphone version.
- When displaying data reference registered as portlets on the portal

[Occurrence condition]
- When displaying the target screen with a user who is not authorized for the "ViewCreator/Administrator" authorization resource
　*For details about "ViewCreator/Administrator", please refer to ViewCreator Administrator Operation Guide - 3.1. Permission settings for the entire ViewCreator.

[Cause]
For users who are not allowed to use the "ViewCreator/Administrator" authorization resource, the process of judging whether they have the privilege to reference the resource is repeated unnecessarily.

[Handling method]
It has been fixed in intra-mart Accel Platform 2025 Spring and a fix patch has been released.
The issue can be resolved by updating to "2025 Spring" or by applying the patch for "2024 Spring" or "2024 Autumn".
