That can be resolved by clearing the cache of your browser.
If the screen is broken or does not work as expected, please clear the browser cache, and re-execute it.
Also, depending on the browser, you can set the timing to read the cache.

1. Click […] at the top right of the screen.
2. Click [Settings] at the bottom of the displayed menu.
3. Click the Settings menu, then click [Privacy, search, and services].
4. Click [Choose what to clear] in the "Clear browsing data" setting.
5. Select "All time" in "Clear browsing data", check the [Cached images and files] item, and click [Clear now].
Check only the data you want to clear.
・Chrome
1. Click the “Customize and control Google Chrome” icon (3 vertical dots) at the top right of the screen.
2. Click [More tools] > [Clear browsing data].
3. Select a period at the top. Select [All time] to delete all.
4. Select the check box next to [Cached images and files].
5. Click "Clear data".
