If the number of search results in the search folder exceeds 1,000, the attribute CSV output will only include up to 1,000 results.

[Cause]
The maximum number of search results in the text management search function is 1,000.  This limit applies not only to the display on the search folder screen but also to the attribute CSV output executed from there.

[Handling method]
If you want to acquire document attribute information for more than 1,000 at once, please use one of the following methods.

1. Export CSV directly from the target drawer/folder
Instead of using the "Search Folder", open the drawer or folder where the text document is stored directly and then execute "Attribute CSV Output". This allows you to acquiredata without the limit of 1,000 items.

2. Narrow down the search condition and output CSV in multiple times
If you need to use the "Search folder", refine the search condition and adjust it so that the number of search results is 1,000 or less. After that, output CSV in multiple times.
