500 error occurs when registering/editing a schedule in intra-mart Accel Collaboration.


[Cause]

This may occur when the current department is in an "Not Affiliation" and a schedule is registered from the schedule details screen.

As stated in the following restrictions, when operating with intra-mart Accel Collaboration, it is necessary to clearly specify the affiliated department.

[Handling method]

Please check whether the department item in the utility menu (the menu that appears when you click the login user name) is not "Not selected".
If it is "Not selected", please select the department you want to register the schedule for before operating the schedule.

The current department immediately after login is determined by the following specifications.
- Department to which it belongs as the main affiliation
- If there is no department to which you belong as the main affiliation, the status will be "Not selected".

To avoid the status "Not selected", please set the main affiliation.
