When accessing the URL included in the IM-Workflow notification email, an error stating "Shortcut information does not exist." is displayed.
When the error "Shortcut information does not exist." is displayed, there might be two main reasons:
Please check if any of the following apply.
1) When a user without the process privilege accesses the shortcut access URL
The shortcut access URL is only available to users who have the privilege for the target process.
Please verify that the user accessing the URL has the necessary process privilege.
2) When the shortcut access URL has expired
Shortcut access URLs have an expiration date.
If you access a URL that has passed its expiration date, you will receive this error.
The expiration date of the shortcut access URL is controlled by the workflow parameter "Shortcut access URL settings (login-limit)".
The default value for this setting is 3 days.
The shortcut access URL is valid only within the number of days specified by the expiration setting (login-limit), counted from the date and time the URL was issued.
Please check the settings for the shortcut access URL (login-limit) in your environment and adjust it according to your operational requirements.
When you change the "Shortcut Access URL setting (login-limit)", the new setting takes effect for URLs issued after the change.
Please note that the expiration date of already issued shortcut access URLs will not be renewed.
