The "Priority" item cannot be hidden on the standard process screen.
 
 On the other hand, if you are using the process modal screen provided in intra-mart Accel Platform 2021 Spring or later, you can set whether to display/hide the "Priority" item on the property editing screen of the button (process modal) item.
