Yes, this is normal operation according to the product specifications.
 
 The "Processed List" is designed to display matters for which some kind of process, such as application process or approval process, has been performed.
 Therefore, matters that have been pulled back are also displayed in the list as "Processed."

 On the other hand, matters that are currently undergoing asynchronous process, such as arrival process, will not be displayed in the list.
