When accessing the "im_workflow/common/switch/switch_content_detail" screen directly via a shortcut URL, 
it is not possible to transition to the reference screen with only privileges granted through an "Administrative Group" (e.g., auditor).

Only users with the following standard reference privileges can transition directly to the reference screen from the URL:

　- User with privilege to process the matter
　- Use who processes the matter
　-  User with reference privilege for the flow definition

Therefore, users with privileges such as administrator, auditor, and operations administrator cannot refer to the shortcut URL directly.

* Solution
　This can be resolved using one of the following methods.

　(1) How to set request parameters in the URL of the reference screen
　　By adding the following request parameter to the URL, you can display the corresponding screen.

　　administratorType=1

　　* Types of administratorType
　　　0 -> Workflow System Administrator
　　　1 -> Workflow Administrator
　　　2 -> User

　　To allow auditors to access them, you need to assign administratorType=1 (workflow administrator).

　(2) How to use the URL to transition to the screen by specifying a system matter ID
　　If you are using intra-mart Accel Platform 2024 Spring or later, it is possible to transition to the screen with administrator privileges by using a URL added as part of a requirements enhancement.
