It has been confirmed that after updating from a version prior to 2025 Autumn to 2026 Spring, 
an error occurs when displaying the Accel Studio tag management screen.

[Occurrence condition]
- If you upgrade from a version prior to 2025 Autumn to 2026 Spring
- If you are using Accel Studio

[Cause]
This is because the authorization resource (im-bouquet-tag) required for using the tag management function is not added during the update.

[Handling method]
The official patch is scheduled to be released on June 30, 2026.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but if you use the tag management function before the official patch is applied, please follow the workaround below.

[Workaround]
Please follow the steps below.

1. Add the authorization resource used in the tag management function.

Use the following settings value and add the resource according to the instructions in the document.
"Tenant Administrator Operation Guide > Set Up Authorization > Add Resources"

 - Please add the resource under Accel Studio.
   - Resource type: Screen/Process
   - Resource group name to be added: Accel Studio
   - Resource group ID to be added: im-bouquet-services

* Resource settings values
 - Resource group ID: im-bouquet-tag
 - Resource group name:
   - Japanese: タグ管理
   - English: Tag Management
   - Chinese: 标签管理
 - Resource URI: service://bouquet/tag

2. Set the "Tenant Administrator" role policy to "Allow" for the added authorization resource (im-bouquet-tag).

[Notes]
If the tag management menu is not displayed on the site map after adding the authorization resource, 
please check again after clearing the authorization cache and logging out/re-logging back in.
