[Phenomenon]
After updating your browser version, you may encounter the error message "Permissions policy violation: unload is not allowed in this document" when displaying the preview application screen.

[Occurrence condition]
This occurs depending on the combination of the version of intra-mart Accel Platform and the version of your browser.

* intra-mart Accel Platform
- Summer 2019 - Autumn 2024
* Microsoft Edge
It has been confirmed that this occurs when updating to the following version or later:
- Version: 150 or later
 * The versions in which this occurs depend on Microsoft Edge’s support for the unload event.

[Cause]
Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge are planning to gradually deprecate the unload event in future updates.
Currently, the situation varies by browser. The error is occurring in the Microsoft Edge browser.
On the other hand, no errors have occurred yet in Google Chrome.
 * A similar error may occur in future updates of Google Chrome as well.

[Temporary workaround]
If you encounter the error with the Microsoft Edge browser, please follow these steps to resolve it.

1. Open the Microsoft Edge browser and enter "edge://flags" in the address bar.
2. Search for "Deprecate the unload event" and change its value to "Disabled".
3. Restart the browser.

[Handling method]
As described in the following requirement, it has been addressed in intra-mart Accel Platform 2025 Spring.
Patches for previous versions are scheduled for release on August 31, 2026.
