[Cause]
With Secure Download, the converted PDF files are cached in storage, and if there is a cache in storage, the cached PDF files are returned without performing the PDF conversion process.
However, there was a bug with the process of determining whether to use this cache, resulting in an incorrect determination and attempting to acquire a non-existent PDF file from storage.
[Handling method]
This is a product defect.
Please apply the following update.
Note that this issue does not occur when the secure document is a PDF file.
- Update to intra-mart Accel Documents 2013 Autumn (ver8.0.1) or later.
