[Overview]
Secure documents are registered documents that have security features.
When a document is registered as a secure document, only users with writing privilege to that document can download the original file. If a user without the privilege attempts to download the document, it will be automatically converted to a PDF file. (This is called the secure download.)

* Secure Document itself is a feature available by default in intra-mart Accel Documents, but to use the secure download feature, you need the following product.
　* IM-PDFCoordinator for Accel Platform
* The feature for PDFs with distribution restrictions has been discontinued due to the end of support for Microsoft Internet Explorer 11.

If you do not use Secure Document, from intra-mart Accel Documents 2016 Summer or later, it is possible to hide the following menu items in the menu display settings.
- Secure document for the new registration menu
- Operation menu for secure document
