What is the impact on Accel Platform and what action is required against the private key leakage of eMudhra’s intermediate CA certificate?

This issue relates to the trust and verification of certificates in the JDK and OS, which serve as the operating platform for Accel Platform.
Please follow the instructions provided by your JDK/OS vendors and take appropriate action according to your environment, including updating the JDK and certificate store to address this issue.

In this issue, there is a risk that a forged certificate, created using a leaked private key, may be accepted as a legitimate certificate from the communication partner. This relates to the process by which the JDK verifies the certificate of the communication partner, such as when making an HTTPS connection from Accel Platform to an external service.
Even if you are not using an eMudhra certificate on your company's server, you may still be affected depending on how you configure your system to trust the certificates of communicating parties.

The updates required vary depending on the JDK vendor, installation method, and certificate store settings.
Please check the system requirements of the Accel Platform you are using and follow the instructions provided by each vendor.
