If this job is not working, a content (file) of a deleted document is not physically deleted from the public storage and remains there.

Contents (files) of documents deleted from the trash bin within one hour before the job execution are not subject to deletion.

Documents deleted from the trash bin are not referable on the Accel Documents application, but the files are not physically deleted at this point in order to restore them in case they were deleted by mistake. You need to carry out the job to execute physical deletion (deletion of document files on the storage.)
In addition, as the specification of the job, only contents deleted from the trash bin more than one hour before are subject to deletion in order to prevent undesirable deletion of documents by misoperation.
