In the simple search of document management, documents/folders that partially match the user name or user code of the creator/updater in the search keywords will also be searched.

If the search returns more than 2000 hits for the user name or user code "Creator" plus "Updater," the following error message will appear: "Invalid request There are too many users matching with the search condition. Please check the search condition and search again."
The flow of the search process is as follows.
1. Getting users from the Accel Platform that partially match the search keyword
2. For each corresponding user, generate two search conditions: creator and updater
3. If there are more than 1,000 partially matching users, the search condition exceeds 2,000 and the error occurs.

This can be resolved in one of the following ways:

Method 1: Narrow the search condition
- Enter more specific keyword to reduce the number of users
- Change the search condition to be closer to the exact match

Method 2: Use Advanced Search
- Advanced search is not subject to this restriction
- More detailed conditions can be specified
