Documents/folders which includes a string specified in a search condition of user name or user ID of creator or update user are subject to be searched and a search condition is created by acquiring users matched with the condition in advance from Accel Platform.
The error seems to be occurred because there are over 2000 users who are matched with the condition.
Please consider to limit conditions more in simple search or use detail search.
