Whether to drawer is deletable or not is determined if the number of registered documents and folders in drawer are 0. 
When document and folder are deleted, they are put in the recycle bin once but considered to be left in the drawer at this time, and included in the number of registered items. 

When you delete a drawer, please delete all documents and folders in the drawer from the recycle bin of cabinet management.
