When configuring authorization settings, if you make changes to an existing authorization subject (condition), all users who meet the condition will be affected, so consider creating a new dedicated role etc., and using it as an authorization subject (condition).
In addition, the "File Operations" screen allows you to operate on all files in the storage area of a tenant.
In principle, this function is intended to be operated by the administrator.
If you inadvertently manipulate files in the storage area, they might not work properly.
Therefore, granting this privilege to general users is very risky.
Please consider granting privilege with the above in mind.
