It is possible for such user to login via the login screen only when the user fails to be authenticated in Integrated Windows authentication in the versions later than 2014Winter.
You need to make the settings to use it. Please refer to “Setup guide 11.3.6 To use the normal login function when failing in authentication by Integrated Windows authentication” for the detail.

There are no operational changes in the versions earlier than 2014Summer.
You cannot use the intra-mart’s standard login screen when you utilize Integrated Windows authentication as authentication would always be done by Integrated Windows authentication in that case.
