This API is available from intra-mart Accel Platform 2017 Winter (8.0.18) (data base access module (for script development) module version 8.0.13). 
However, please note that these methods are not available on SQL Server. 

In addition, DatabaseManager.execStoredFunc method is not finished and is available in the future.
