To request the password reset when you log in for the first time, you need to set the password change at the first login in WEB-INF/conf/password-history.xml.

After making this setting, if you check "First login" on the [Account] tab of the IM-Common Master - user maintenance screen, a screen prompting you to change the password is displayed when the user first logs in.
