All the privileges of “guest user”/“authorized user” is banned accidentally in the authorized setting screen and I cannot log in with all users including the tenant manager.

 
[Handling method]
It can be restored by granting authorized setting rights to the specific user.

When an existing tenant manager cannot log in or a user who can execute authorization setting does not exist, it can be restored by granting authorized setting right to the specific user. 

In particular, a user who is registered in tenant is given authorized setting rights. 
Also, period of validity settings and lock status of the user are initialized and it will be available to log in by granting account license in the case that it is not granted. 

A system manager performs this operation.
